Ne bis idem

In Die Liturgie und die psychologischen Gesetze Romano Guardini told:
Liturgy obey to the principle: «ne bis idem» («nothing could be repeated»). It will that thought, soul, determination of will always go on.1
I talk of this with my wife, and she immediately thought to the use of some parish church in which people sing biblical texts during liturgy on the day in which this biblical text is a reading in the liturgy of the Word.
For instance, can we sing a song with the text of Isaiah 61 if in the same liturgy we have Isaiah 61 as first reading? Does this case break the principle of ne bis idem?
I think so. Who select liturgical song to use during a liturgy should not use a song with the same text of a reading. If it is possible you should select liturgical song with same subject of the readings, but different text.

1 I translated this quote from the italian book of C. Fedeli, Pienezza e compimento. Alle radici della riflessione pedagogica di Romano Guardini.
